“I feel safe in this room, with [name anonymised] … he’s really nice … he’s really open-minded, he never criticises us. He’s always helping us with our thoughts and voices. He’s really helpful.
I’m getting better, I’m in the right hands, I am getting good help now, before I was alone I couldn’t understand much, sometimes I didn’t even know what my illness is, I was thinking they are experimental and the voices is a chip … then I go to this place and I wasn’t just a nobody.
A big journey – that’s how I explain this. Now I am safe, I am getting good help, I am with the right people.”
